Speed,
Agility & Quickness (SAQ) for Baseball & Softball
Can you cover the distance from home to 1st fast enough? It could
be the difference between being a reserve and a starter. Between
being a player and being a prospect.
Think about it this way: in 100
at-bats, legging out 10 more grounders raises your average 100 points.
That’s the difference between you and the next level.
JGBSA is excited to have our long-time Senior Baseball Instructor,
Matt Miller run our Fall SAQ program. Coach Miller, who is ACT Certified,
has run our previous SAQ clinics and received rave reviews from the
students and parents.
We are excited to have Coach Miller as our in-house SAQ specialist.
If you are looking to add a new dimension to your game, Coach Miller
is ready to help.
SAQ BASEBALL/SOFTBALL TRAINING CLINICS
JGBSA’s SAQ baseball & softball training is a top of the
line program that incorporates everything necessary to become a better
baseball player. Speed training allows players to get to base and steal
bases much faster. Quickness and agility training, gives players that “first
step” to get the ball and make plays in the field. Students will
be divided in to groups based on age and performance level. Come prepared
t work hard and leave tired!

SAQ PRIVATE LESSONS
If the day and time of the clinic does not work for you or you prefer
to work one-on-one, we now offer a package of SAQ private lessons.
These can be scheduled at your convenience. Training begins with an
evaluation of each athlete to find their strengths and weaknesses.
After the evaluation phase, an individual program will be designed
to fit the needs of each athlete. In order to turn weaknesses into
strengths, athletes need a personalized program designed specifically
for them. Training sessions will be followed by a post test to show
each athlete’s improvement from the initial evaluation. The post
test will prove that the training produces results.
