SPARQ stands for Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction
and Quickness. It is a program committed to helping athletes improve
these five aspects of their athletic ability in order to take their
game to that next level. Using science, innovation and technology,
SPARQ promotes new methods of testing, training and performance enhancement.
Because the good news is that you don't have to be born with speed
- it's been scientifically proven that every athlete can train in
specific ways to improve overall speed. And every player's game will
benefit from
being
faster, stronger and more explosive.

SPARQ RATING
It's a simple formula for maximizing your athletic performance.
Get SPARQ Tested to see where you stand and how you compare to
your peers and elite athletes in your age group from the standpoint
of athletic ability. With a SPARQ Rating, you
can identify a specific training program to take your game to the
next level. Then it's up to you to compete in a way that shows
the world what you're made of. The SPARQ Rating System is the SAT
of athleticism. Created with the help of nationally-recognized
trainers and coaches, the SPARQ Rating combines results of individual
tests of speed, power, agility, reaction, and quickness into a
single number representing an athlete's overall athleticism. Professional
scouts and college coaches are increasingly using the SPARQ Rating
as another indicator of a prospect's overall potential.

Think about it this way: in 100 at-bats, legging out

SPARQ Baseball/Softball Training Clinics
SPARQ
baseball & softball training is a top of the line training
program that incorporates everything necessary to become a better
baseball player. Speed training allows players to get to
base and steal bases much faster. Quickness and agility training,
gives players that “first step” to get the ball and
make plays in the field. Power and reaction training improves
a players bat speed by allowing them to hit the ball further than
before through direct contact. Elite’s professional staff
will lead each clinic. Students will be divided in to groups based
on age and performance level and will receive a free training t-shirt.

SPARQ
Private Lessons
If the day and time of the clinic does not work for you or you
prefer to work one-on-one, we now offer a package of SPARQ private
lessons. These can be scheduled at your convenience. Training begins
with an evaluation of each athlete to find their strengths and
weaknesses. After the evaluation phase, an individual program
will be designed to fit the needs of each athlete. In order
to turn weaknesses into strengths, athletes need a personalized
program designed specifically for them. Training sessions
will be followed by a post test to show each athlete’s improvement
from the initial evaluation. The post test will prove that
the training produces results.

Elite Fitness Individual Strength Training - Private Lessons
Strength training is important for any athlete
to physically develop. As
athletes get older, sports become more physical and the necessity
for strength training increases. Players will be taught proper
strength training technique using body weight, dumbbells, medicine
balls, and exercise bands. Proper training improves strength,
flexibility, and joint stability to help each athlete perform at
a higher level. Included in the training is core strength,
which is necessary for every athlete. For strength training
to be truly effective, proper technique must be implemented.
